✑When the following issues happen, the orderer must undertake the cost of the table arrangement and will not accept the refund.
If flower materials are due to seasonality or other factors caused of shortage, it will be replaced by the similar flowers of the season to achieve the same effect.
The handmade glass vase in the picture is absolutely the same.
- A confirmation notice will be given before shipping! When the table arrangement is delivered , caused any damaged or withered during transport, and delayed delivery as well.
- The table arrangement is delivered to the designated place at the designated time; no person lives, works, or cannot be contacted by telephone.
- The name, name of company, address, telephone number, etc. of the flower recipient are incorrect or incomplete, so that they cannot be delivered or cannot be contacted immediately.
- Follow the specified flower delivery time, no one will able to sign for, or when the delivery is delivered, but the recipient refuses to accept it.
- The designated delivery time of the table arrangement is delivered to the designated place, but the recipient cannot sign for and receive it by others.
- The recipient cannot sign for or receive it by others (SoWhat! will still leave a message, please sends flowers a friend to contact us, deliver the table arrangement as much as possible.)
- In the event of an emergency, the information provided by the sender is incomplete and cannot be contacted immediately, so that it cannot be delivered.
Q. Is there only 6 style of table arrangements?
Yes, we ONLY have 6 regular style of table arrangements, which change according to the season, while special festivals will have a limited edition of table arrangement.
As shown the handmade glass vase + metal custom greeting card are included , and the average price is NTD1,000. It only serves the Taipei and New Taipei City.

Q. How SoWhat! pack the table arrangement?
SoWhat! is difference with others flower shop, in order to let the recipient keep the feeling of unboxing and unpacking gifts, the design of the outer box does not completely see the table arrangement and the greeting card contents from the sender . Please be assured of this privacy protection!
Q. When paying checkout, what should you pay a special attention to?
The names of Sender and recipient, contact information and address are all correct, if the table arrangement is sent to the wrong place, it will cased a serious problem.
Because there is different than general, there are restrictions on the number of words on the greeting card (Does not include the names of the sender and recipient), try not to exceed 30 words! if so, the size of fonts will be affected.
Due to different area of delivery destination, the time of placing order and the time of delivery are also distinct. Please pay close attention to it so as not to affect the rights of yours.

Q. When will the table arrangement deliver after the completion of the online ordering?
Only distribute to Taipei and New Taipei City in remote areas, be sure to refer to the following instructions!
The date and time interval can be specified when placing the order, and we will deliver it according to the specified date and time.

From 09:30-18:30 during business hours,we are able to deliver the table arrangement in 123 minutes (around 2 hours). The order for same day delivery must be completed by 17:45 at the latest and will be delivered for you.
In some areas, the freight should be defray, and it is necessary to add it. If it is not added, the order will be cancelled! (The areas above are in red color.)
Q. What should note to after ordering online?
Before checkout, it is recommended to check the joining member. After joining the member, you can always check status of the inquiry order, and you can feel the peace of mind whether the table arrangement is delivered to the person who you wants to please and congratulate!
